I am Angela B Serrano and I do most of my thinking out loud. The trouble with thinking out loud is that it often leads to misunderstanding; when your companions are looking for small talk, you’re looking for a curious, critical audience for your latest master plan for the universe. I blog so that I can stay friends with those who want nothing more than small talk, while staying hopeful that my ideas are reaching someone somewhere out there.
These are the things I usually think about: the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine politics and governance, running and travel.
